VNT Management Launches Resilience Fund IV to Drive European Energy and Infrastructure Innovation

VNT Management Oy is pleased to announce a partnership with rEnergy Partners (rEnergy) and the launch of Resilience Fund IV, a EUR 200 million fund dedicated to advancing innovation in energy, infrastructure, and industrial resilience across Europe.

rEnergy Partners recently spun out from the BayWa r.e. Group, a global leader in renewable energy with over 4,000 employees worldwide. With a strong track record of financing and scaling some of Europe’s most prominent energy startups, the rEnergy team brings deep market insight and an extensive network across the EMEA region.

Resilience Fund IV builds on the legacy of VNT’s three previous funds and leverages both firms’ combined expertise to support companies driving the next wave of resilient, hardware-focused innovation. The fund will target transformative technologies across the energy and infrastructure value chains, with an emphasis on scalable hardware solutions. The specialist investment team operates out of Munich, Helsinki, and London and already has a strong pipeline of opportunities.

“Senior partners are thrilled to see VNT Management continue its operations with renewed momentum. The launch of Resilience Fund IV and our partnership with rEnergy mark an exciting new chapter for the firm. We’re pleased to welcome a new generation of partners with deep operational and financial expertise—an ideal complement to our technical roots.”
